Experience
Represents the Lancaster Area Sewer Authority (LASA) which serves over 30,000 customers in Lancaster County. Retired after 25 years as Executive Director of LASA, he is now an officer of the LASA Board. He currently works part time for PADEP and Keystone Alliance Consulting.
