The Delaware Valley Damage Prevention Council is a group of stakeholders who promote safe, efficient excavation, utility coordination and education. It is made up of contractors and their representatives, utility companies, government agencies, and others who serve the excavation and utility industry. The group has been meeting for more than a decade and is chartered through the Common Ground Alliance, a nonprofit national association of similar stakeholders.

After this meeting attendees are encouraged to stay for Pennsylvania One Call's Planning Projects for Project Owners and Designers program, with lunch at 11:30 and the presentation running from 12-1. The program is free but pre-registration is required.
