BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING - ATTENDEES: BOARD MEMBERS, MEMBERS AND INVITED VISITORS
If a Board member and their Alternate are unable to attend, the Board member must request an excused absence from the Board Chair.
APPROVED REGISTRATION REQUIRED TO ATTEND.
All Meeting materials will be sent via email to registrants.
The Hotel Reservation deadline is March 30, 2026.
Board Member/Alternate Information - POCS will pay for the overnight room and tax for the Alternate when attending in the Board member’s absence.
Hotel Cancellations - Notify Penny Modrick at plmodrick@pa1call.org at least 3 days in advance if you are unable to keep your reservations. If you are on the rooming list and are unable to attend, you must cancel with the hotel within 72 hours prior to arrival or you will be billed.

Please Note: For guests staying at the hotel, breakfast is included in the hotel room rate and is served in the area off of the lobby.
Room Rate is $137.00 single/double occupancy. Provide Ms. Modrick with your credit card information to guarantee your reservation.

To register please click "Register Myself" and then "Add" the events you will be attending from the Program list for Tuesday and Wednesday. You may need to use the scroll bar to view and register for some events.
Please answer Questions and click " Save Responses " to register the answers.
You must select "Proceed to Checkout" after making your selections to finalize your registration.
